It has just enough lavender to be soothing and I feel like the vapors help. Whenever my baby is stuffyI will give her a warm bath with this and she calmed right down. It also helps on those first three nights when she is teething with a little Tylenol

I'm a mommy to two daughters who both have sensitive skin. I went threw many products trying to find something that I liked for them and worked with their skin. Everything I tried broke them out in a rash or bothered their skin. A family member bought this bedtime bath to help with putting them to sleep and I worried whether it would break them out. Still I went ahead and used it. Not only does it smell amazing but it also didn't break either of my babies out !!! I highly recommend it, it's the perfect blend to help put your little ones to sleep as well. I even use it on myself !!!!
